Christine Ramsay, CDP, CAPP (She/Her) is the Director (Head) of Inclusion and Culture at Insmed, a global biopharmaceutical company on a mission to transform the lives of patients with serious and rare diseases. Christine is a TEDx speaker, Certified Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) practitioner, Certified Integrated Health and Leadership coach, international author and culture architect. Her 20 + years of corporate experience in diverse industries has shaped her commitment to building inclusive cultures.

In 2023, Christine was named to the Top 50 Global Neurodiversity by Neurodiversity World by Dynamis Group and received the 2023 Diversity Leadership Award from Pennsylvania State University. Christine received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Pennsylvania State University and her master’s degree in Human Resource Development specializing in Inclusion and Diversity Strategy from Villanova University.

She lives outside of Philadelphia with her spouse and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog, traveling all over the world, playing classical piano, zumba dancing, yoga, reading, and nature walks.
